This record was built to answer it anyway: fifteen yacht charter companies were read on 9 September 2026, nine of them publish a price a customer can read before enquiring, and five of those publish a weekly figure. The published weekly figures
Nautilus Yachting publishes a low-season Italian two to three cabin bareboat monohull from around 1200 pounds a week, the lowest week in this record. The Moorings publishes 7 day charters for 2 people from $1,885 in Croatia, $2,634 in Greece, $3,284 in the British Virgin Islands, $5,579 in the Bahamas and $7,224 in Turkey. Sunsail publishes about $3,500 for a low-season BVI bareboat monohull. YachtCharterFleet publishes from $12,000 a week for a 20m crewed motor yacht in Miami.
The four things that decide where in that range you land
The kind of charter: bareboat, skippered, crewed or fully crewed, an order of magnitude apart. The season: The Moorings' own Croatian range runs from $1,885 to $36,020 for the same seven days and the same two people. The boat: a catamaran sits well above a monohull of the same length, and Sunsail's own low-season figures are about $3,500 for a monohull and about $5,700 for a catamaran. And the cruising ground, which matters least of the four.
What is never in the rate
Fuel, provisioning, marina and port fees along the way, the end cleaning and the security deposit, always. A skipper, where you take or are required to take one: Sailing Holidays in Croatia publishes 1.260 EUR a week. On a crewed charter the Advance Provisioning Allowance replaces most of the running costs with a single larger figure paid in advance, and the crew gratuity is customary and separate again.
