Why this record exists
Yacht Charter Quotes is run by Ellul MT. It is not a charter company and owns no boats. It keeps one record: what yacht charter companies publish about their own prices, read from their own pages and dated.
Why this site exists
Chartering is the rare large purchase where the price is almost never printed. Sitting between the brochure photographs and the enquiry form there is a simple question nobody had written down: which companies will tell you a number first? This site answers it by reading their pages and keeping the answer, including the dozens of times the answer is that nothing is published at all.
Who it is for
Someone pricing a week on a chartered yacht for the first time and trying to work out what it costs before they talk to anyone.
A group organiser comparing bareboat, skippered and crewed for the same week and the same people.
Anyone who has read a weekly rate and wants to know what else is going to be charged on top of it.
What it does not do
- It never estimates a price. Where a company publishes nothing, the record says so with the date it was checked.
- It never converts a unit. A day rate is printed as a day rate, because seven of them is not a charter week.
- It never lists a company under a cruising ground on reputation. The company's own live page for that ground has to answer first.
- It ranks nobody on merit and recommends no company. The record is what each one published, in the order the figures fall.
- It never publishes a figure it did not read. Every quoted number is re-fetched and matched against the page when the record is rebuilt, and a figure that has left its page fails the rebuild.

Where the figures come from
Charter prices and cruising-ground coverage verified against each company's own published pages on 2026-09-09 by infra/ingest/hubs/yachtcharterquotes.com/ingest_operators.py: every quoted figure re-fetched and matched verbatim (hash-pinned), and every recorded absence re-asserted.
