Almost nobody in this trade prints a price, which is why the question is hard to answer and why the answers online are usually a range somebody invented. What follows is built only from figures companies published on their own pages and that were read on 11 September 2026. The spread is enormous and the shape of it is more useful than any single average.
The bottom: a small boat in the Adriatic
Croatia Yachting publishes a from price for each of its bases: Trogir from 600 EUR a week, Dubrovnik from 600, Sukosan from 690 and Sibenik from 752. Those are the smallest hulls in the shoulder season and they are the lowest weekly figures anywhere in this record. Below them the market stops being weekly: the same company's Sibenik page carries a rent a boat line from 100 EUR a day for an open boat with an outboard.
The middle: a bareboat week almost anywhere
The Moorings publishes a seven day starting price for two people on every destination page it runs. Read the same day: Croatia from 1,885 USD, St Lucia 2,464, Grenada 2,634, Greece 2,634, Antigua 2,974, Belize 3,144, the British Virgin Islands 3,284, St Martin 4,199, the Exumas 4,529, the Abacos 5,579 and Turkey 7,224. That band, roughly two to six thousand dollars a week, is where most bareboat chartering actually happens.
The step up: a skipper, then a crew
A skipper added to a bareboat is the cheapest upgrade in the trade: The Moorings charges 240 USD a night in St Lucia, 310 in St Martin, 330 in the BVI and 345 in the Exumas, so seven nights adds 1,680 to 2,415. A fully crewed yacht is a different product and roughly four times a bareboat: crewed weeks start at 13,134 in the BVI, 13,949 in St Lucia, 14,449 in Belize and 22,619 in the Exumas.
The top: a superyacht by the week
YachtCharterFleet's French Riviera page prices the large end in public. Northern Sun, a 51 metre Narasaki, from 161,700 USD a week; Purpose, a 55 metre Trinity, from 270,000; Galileo, a 56 metre Picchiotti, from 325,000; Aqua Lares, a 77 metre IHC Verschure carrying 30 guests, from 539,000; Lunasea, a 73 metre Feadship, from 800,000; and Romea, an 82 metre Abeking and Rasmussen, from 1,277,000. On boats of that size a provisioning allowance of a quarter to a third of the fee is paid on top.
What every figure above excludes
Flights, transfers and the extras the base bills at handover. The Moorings states those separately and they are large: around 1,800 USD for two people on a BVI week, 1,600 in St Lucia and Antigua, 1,400 in St Martin, 1,300 in the Bahamas and 1,200 in Grenada and Belize. Sailing Holidays in Croatia publishes the Adriatic equivalents: fuel around 100 EUR a week, marina and port fees averaging 450, tourist tax 1.35 per person per day.
